Terms of Service

Effective July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AppKip — the mobile app, appkip.com, and related services (the “Services”), operated by AppKip (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an AppKip account. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (password, PIN, OTP codes) and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@appkip.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Some features (identity verification, Wallet, Marketplace/Homeland transactions) require additional verification before you can use them.

3. Using AppKip’s products

Marketplace & Homeland — listings must be accurate, lawful, and belong to (or be authorized by) the person listing them. We may use escrow to hold funds until a transaction completes; escrow release, dispute, and refund handling are described in-app at the point of purchase.
BaeBuz — you’re responsible for your own safety when meeting people through AppKip. We don’t run background checks on all users. Never send money to someone you haven’t met and verified, and report abusive behavior via in-app reporting.
Mobility — trip requests, driver/rider matching, and delivery services are facilitated by AppKip; conduct yourself safely and lawfully, and follow the in-app safety guidance for pickups, drop-offs, and deliveries.
Wallet & payments — funds held in your AppKip Wallet, and payments made through supported providers (including mobile money and card payments processed via Tingg), are subject to the transaction limits, fees, and processing times shown in-app at the time of the transaction.
Predictions — prediction questions and outcomes are resolved per the rules shown for each prediction; outcomes are final once resolved.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law, or infringe anyone else’s rights.
Post fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity.
Harass, threaten, or exploit another user, including minors.
Attempt to circumvent identity verification, payment processing, or escrow.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services’ operation or security.
Use the Services for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

5. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post (listings, photos, messages, profiles). By posting it, you grant AppKip a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Services. AppKip’s branding, software, and design are our property or that of our licensors — these Terms don’t grant you rights to them beyond using the Services as intended.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion — see our account deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or where required by law, with notice where practical.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is.” AppKip facilitates connections between users (buyers/sellers, riders/drivers, daters/companions) but isn’t a party to the underlying transaction or relationship between users, and doesn’t guarantee the conduct, quality, or safety of any user or listing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppKip isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled under Zambian law and, where applicable, in Zambian courts.
